While we make every effort to ensure the smooth delivery of our products nationwide, certain factors, such as weather conditions and transit delays, once the package is with FedEx or UPS, are beyond our control. Consequently, our published shipping guidelines on this site are not definite promises of shipping or delivery dates.
Varallo Brothers Bakery cannot be held accountable for delays caused by increased package volume, weather disturbances, mechanical failures, strikes, natural disasters, security precautions related to terrorism, carrier errors, or incorrect/incomplete shipping details. It’s also important to note that we don’t insist on a signature for any shipment delivery. Whether or not to leave a package at an address rests entirely on the delivery person’s judgment, which is beyond our influence.
Varallo Brothers Bakery cannot guarantee specific delivery times as it depends on the local carrier. Carriers generally deliver packages anytime between 8 am-10 pm. If you’re ordering for a special event, we suggest placing your order well in advance, preferably to be delivered 2 or more days ahead of your event. Most of our products can either be frozen or stored in the refrigerator upon receipt to ensure freshness.
During peak times or unforeseen events, we might ship your order earlier to guarantee its timely and fresh arrival. Varallo Brothers Bakery retains the right to adjust the delivery time, earlier or later than the initial estimate, based on operational conditions.
