Shipping & Delivery

Varallo Brothers Bakery is now using USPS to ship all products! This means lower shipping costs for our customers!

Any item that contains cream must be shipped overnight to keep fresh. All other items may give you the option of USPS Priority Mail Express (fastest option), USPS Priority Mail (fast) or Standard Post (slower, but much lower cost). These shipping options will become available depending on where you ship to (along with 1-day, 2-day and 3-day options). All orders are shipped directly from our Philadelphia, PA location.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Look for "https" in the address bar (not "http") during checkout.

Varallo Brothers Bakery respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site for the purpose of your satisfaction only. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will never sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your email address will never be sold or used in any other way besides our correspondence with you about your order, comment, question, etc.

Returns

All sales are final. Sorry, we do not refund any purchases.

Viewing Orders

To view your recent and past orders, please login to your account and click on "My Orders". You will be able to view order details and even have the option to reorder.

To update your account information, please login to your account and click on "Account Information". Keeping your account up to date will allow for a faster checkout process.
